H.E. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, will participate in the South East European Cooperation Process (SEECP) Summit of Heads of State and Government, to be held in Tirana on 16 June 2025, on behalf of President Erdoğan.
